HEY!?! We’re Justin + Liz. We live in the Magic Valley of Southern Idaho and we’re so happy to ANNOUNCE our re-brand! We are a husband and wife duo (we’ve been married since June 19th, 2022). Sorta young, maybe dumb, but definitely in love. We can’t wait to tell your stories and celebrate one of the greatest days of your lives. Shooting and producing films holds such a special place in our hearts and it gives us the opportunity to present the emotion of your wedding day as truly a life time memory. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you to everyone who has supported our journey together and we can’t wait to share more as we continue…

So… what are some of my favorite things to do?! Well, I’ll tell ya:

I met Justin in Jackson, Wyoming August of 2020 at a one year Bible College called, “Jacksonhole Bible College.” I learned how to snowboard, drive in snow, and most importantly… use a camera:)

I enjoy crocheting (NO, IT IS NOT JUST FOR OLD LADIES!!!), making soap, eating sushi, drinking Boba, and going on epic photo adventures with Justin (just like the ones your seeing now:).

HEYYY!!! I’m Liz and I’m from Pittsburgh, PA. I might come across as a little goofy sometimes, but don’t worry… I’m not crazy hehe. I love to snowboard, hike a mountain (completely regretting it when I do), and see new places. My dream is to travel the world with my best friend and hubby!

EPIC!!! My name is Justin Leavens. Where am I from? Well… I spent the first 12 years of my life in So-Cal, 5 years in Oregon, 1 year in Wyoming (where i met my beautiful wife), and I’ve currently been in Southern Idaho for almost 3 years now. Hopefully that answers the question haha.

Here’s a few things that I LOVE:

  1. Jesus (the Prince of Peace). All the way. No turning back. He gave me the life I have to be able to do what I love to do.

  2. My adorable wife. I literally do EVERYTHING with her. I couldn’t imagine life without her. She’s my bestest fran.

  3. Snowboarding/surfing. There is nothing more freeing to be cruising through powder filled trees or the mighty roar of a wave.

  4. Travel. There is nothing better than being able to experience a whole new culture (way of life), meeting new friends, seeing new places, eating new food, and trying new things. Everything about it is NEW.

  5. Videography. Being able to tell stories, expressing a feeling and/or emotion, portraying the creative process in my mind, and sharing an a life-time experience with my clients is one of the most EPIC things on this earth.

We are MARRIED!!! So you’re probably thinking, “how did this young couple find each other if they’re from totally opposite sides of the country?” To be continued…

Jacksonhole, WY, This is where the adventure began. Two people from complete opposite sides of the country. This couldn’t have been a better place to meet your lifetime partner and friend. Although we didn’t realize it, the Lord had some amazing plans and a bright path ahead!

Life in Summary.

Justin: I grew up in CA for the first 12 years of my life. I was a homeschooled kid, so I spent a lot of time riding my bike just about anywhere and everywhere. I remember waking up early mornings with my dad to either go surfing, fishing, hunting, or hike up a mountain. At the time, I wasn’t very good at surfing, but I loved the thrill of the sport. My dads side of the family are avocado and lemon growers. They’re located in Ventura and have ranches all around. Visiting the Grandparents was always a fav cause it gave us a chance to run around the orchards, enjoy the family beach house, taking walks on the beach, and eating way too much clam chowder!!

Fast forward a couple years and my family and I ended up on the top of this mountain on 5 acres in a forest with crystal clear rivers (North and South Umpqua) only being miles away. Everything changed! We went from warm weather, beaches, and palm trees to rivers, ferns, rain, and pine tress all in a matter of days. Even the people were different. It took a little while to get use to, but before I realized, I started to enjoy it all. I ended up falling in love with the game of Tennis and played all throughout High School. It came with a lot of difficulty, but there were so many lessons to be taught. My junior year I started getting a taste of entrepreneurship. I started a micro-greens business called, “everyday micro-greens.” It was a terrible name and even worst execution. It was an A+ on the product, but an F on marketing and distribution. You can’t blame a kid for trying haha.

Fast forward a few more years and we ended up in Idaho. Wow… I have to leave everything again?! Now I went from rivers, ferns, rain, and pine trees to sage brush, canyons, and volcanic activity. Are you kidding me?!? Nope. Little did I know the plans the Lord had for me.
